Cooking Lessons: Meals cooked in HON’S kitchen (FOR 1-3)

Fun and Hands-on. Share a sit-down meal and choose any 2 of the coaching  topics listed below for discussion while dining. Menu will reflect your two choices of coaching topics.

You will learn:

  • Organic, mainly plant-based recipes
  • Energy-rich, low fat, bold flavored approach 
  • Special food considerations/menu items for participants
  • Your choice of one of the take-home menus below for each class:
    • 3 high energy, easy breakfasts before work
    • 3 high energy lunches you can bring to your office
    • 1  after-work dinner you can make for more than one meal
      • Non-dairy, vegan alternatives
      • Transitioning to a Plant-Based Diet: Do’s & Don't’s
      • Kids: Supplements and Sugar
      • Good and bad fats; vitamins and minerals
      • Organic vs “Natural”
      • Reading Labels - what to look for
      • Best foods and beverages before and after a workout
